Scope and Interpretation

These Bonus Terms and Conditions accompany all promotional offers issued by Interbahsis. The terms apply in addition to the general terms and conditions of Interbahsis. In the event of a conflict, these Bonus Terms prevail for matters relating to the promotional offers.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

• Promotions are available only to individuals who are legally eligible to gamble and meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per email address, per telephone number, per payment method, per IP address and per device. Interbahsis may revoke or suspend a bonus if it detects multiple accounts or misuse of a promotion.
• Prohibited conduct includes the use of proxies or VPNs, shared devices, or other means to circumvent the promotion. Interbahsis may void bonuses and related winnings and take action against the involved accounts.
• Interbahsis may require verification of identity and payment details. Verification may affect ability to withdraw or continue participation in current or future promotions.

Promotional Offers: Activation and Use

Deposit-based bonuses require a minimum deposit of 20 USD to qualify for the applicable deposit bonus unless stated otherwise. The bonus will be credited to the player's bonus balance and the corresponding deposit will be treated as locked with the bonus for wagering purposes.

No-deposit bonuses and free spins may be offered from time to time without an initial deposit. The maximum winnings from such offers are capped at 50 USDT. Free spins are subject to wagering requirements and any winnings derived from spins.

Only one bonus may be active at a time and deposit bonuses may not be stacked or combined with other deposit offers unless explicitly stated. If a player elects to withdraw prior to satisfying wagering requirements, the bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.

When a bonus is accepted, the deposited funds are locked with the bonus. The player may either complete the wagering requirements or cancel the bonus. If the bonus is cancelled, the bonus balance and all winnings resulting from the bonus are lost.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

Wagering requirements apply as follows unless otherwise stated in a specific offer: casino deposit bonuses require 40 times the bonus amount to be wagered before withdrawal; no-deposit bonuses require 50 times the bonus amount. Wagering contributions vary by game type; some games contribute fully, others contribute partial amounts or are excluded entirely. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering, while many table games contribute less and certain games may be excluded from wagering requirements.

Only fully settled bets count toward wagering. Bets placed while a bonus is active are deducted first from available deposited funds; if no deposited funds are available, bets are deducted from the bonus balance.

Bonus Validity and Expiry

All bonuses issued under Interbahsis promotions are valid for five (5) days from the date of credit, unless the offer specifies a different expiry. All times and dates are stated in UTC. If wagering requirements are not satisfied within the validity period, the bonus balance and any related winnings will be forfeited.

Use of Bonus Funds and Withdrawals

Real money funds are used prior to the bonus balance when placing bets. The ordering of funds may affect withdrawal timing. Withdrawals are subject to internal checks and audit procedures and may be withheld pending verification. If a withdrawal is processed before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any winnings from the bonus will be forfeited.

Abuse, Audits and Termination

Interbahsis reserves the right to suspend or forfeit any bonus or winnings obtained through Promotional Abuse. Prohibited practices include the use of software to gain an unfair advantage, exploitation of game bugs, collusion, and abnormal betting patterns tied to geography, payment methods, device IDs or IP addresses. Interbahsis may confiscate bonuses and winnings, void accounts, and take any other action deemed appropriate by the operator following an internal audit. All promotions are subject to internal review and audit, and outcomes of audits are final.

Modifications, Cancellations and Separate Terms

Interbahsis may modify, suspend or terminate any bonus offer at any time and may publish amended terms or cancellation notices. In general, changes take effect after a minimum notification period of fourteen (14) days. The English version of bonus terms governs and prevails in the event of any discrepancy with translations.

Withdrawals, Verification and Compliance

Withdrawals are subject to verification and compliance checks, including KYC procedures. Withdrawals may be blocked or delayed during verification. Deposits may be withdrawn prior to completion of wagering requirements, but any associated bonus and winnings will be voided if wagering requirements remain unmet. The operator may require documentation to complete identity verification as a condition of withdrawal.

Governing Law, Disputes and Language

In the event of disputes arising from or relating to bonus terms, the operator's decision shall be final. The Bonus Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Interbahsis’ operations. The English version prevails over any translations in the event of a conflict.
